Have you ever just wanted to crawl onto a couch at work and take a nap? I know I have many times. Maybe I slept only 5 or 6 hours that night, or just got tired from staring at my monitor too long. Whatever it is why don't you curl up and take a quick power nap? Your employer would probably chew your head off that's why. They may be completely wrong to do so too.
In that article it suggests that if you are dragging you may as well take a power nap because your productivity will increase from doing so. If you could take a quick 20-30 minute nap instead of staring blankly at your desk constantly you may improve your production immediately. I think i might actually just go take a nap right now. Why wait to get started I say? I love to sleep. This just gives me another excuse to do so.

Acting or Sweating?
Discussing a bit of a link strategy session with a member of Link and Blog I was referred to a story about accomplishing goals and it got me thinking about some of the crazy goals I've set for myself.
I've always been 2007 NBA Mock Draft a bit of a dreamer, but never been one to set road maps for myself when I had an idea. I have always been able to see the path that others needed to take and draw it out for them when I was a financial adviser. Every step they needed to take spelled out for them in a start to finish situation and taking into account all the possible hurdles they could come a crossed. This short, candid story about goals described exactly what I used to do.

Telecom Audit
I've been reading about this Telecom Audit the last few minutes and it sounds like a pretty interesting business service. It basically helps companies outsource some of this work which we all know is a total pain to look through if you are running a business. I can't even understand half the stuff on my home phone bill, much less the ones I had when I ran an office. It's a cost saving service so I generally look at them when i see them. Anything that makes less work for me AND saves me money has always been something I will look at to see if it is viable for a business.
Celebrity Weight Loss Youtube

Andy Keaton Arrested
I'll bet you are wondering who the hell Andy Keaton is. Well...I only recognize him as Andy Keaton from the show Family Ties. He was the youngest child on the show and really was only around for a couple of years before the show decided to close its doors. He did play a very good role, however and was a great addition to the show.
BUT,
The young man now known as Brian Bonsall has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. Bonsall is now 25, which makes me feel like I have been alive for a very long time now. Good thing is that I can get an Energy Boost as often as I need these days.
Bonsall was arrested Wednesday after his girlfriend told police he poured an alcoholic drink on her face while she slept, put her in a choke hold and threw her onto a bed when she tried to leave, authorities said.

Court refuses to block DNA test of Anna Nicole's baby
This story is so ridiculous that I can't even comprehend it most of the time. The legal mumbo jumbo that accompanies this case is out of control. No one cares about the kid at all. Judges are trying to make a name for themselves and everyone and their brother is claiming to have had sex with Anna Nicole and is the father of her infant.
Why aren't you taking advantage of this? Everyone is doing it. Make some promo pens, get t-shirts out there, and blog about it. I would claim to be the father, but I'm really not ready to make a name for myself as "The guy that lied about being a kids father to get millions of dollars".
IF you actually care about this whole story you may want to read an article about it here.

'American Idol' down to 9 contestants
Oh joy. I can't hardly contain myself. This year, American Idol had the girl with the "racy" photos, and that is really about all I remember of the whole thing. I suppose I could watch an episode, but why do I want to watch amateurs when I have plenty of actual musicians to listen to?
I wish I still had that picture of William Hung hanging out in front of my new Address Plaque to post. That guy was wandering around my neighborhood I guess looking for a job and I figured I'd make him feel better about himself and take a picture with him. I gave him a lunch bag with a sandwich and an apple and sent him on his way.

Bill Clinton a fan of "24" and "I Love Lucy"
Pretty slow news day I guess in the Entertainment world. Waiting for Anna Nicole's autopsy report is like sitting and watching paint dry. This is one of the biggest stories of the upcoming election year I guess. I'm sure you all are interested in what old Willy is up to while his wife is out running for president. I'd rather hear Bill's thoughts on some House Painting Ideas I'm considering. I'm looking for something in "Pimp".
NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) -
President Clinton is a big fan of "24" even though "an uber right-wing guy" produces the Emmy-winning political thriller.
Clinton told TV advertisers Friday that his favorite show is the medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," and he appreciates "Boston Legal" for the dynamic between
William Shatner and
James Spader. "It's something to behold," he said.
As for "24," which was co-created by noted Republican Joel Surnow, Clinton said he enjoys the fact that conservatives and liberals alike can be the bad guys in the show. read more...
