11 drugs prescribed to Anna Nicole Smith by one doctor

Anna Nicole is a sad story, but I still contend it is way out of control. This isn't real news. She really isn't even a celebrity that ever accomplished anything. She tried drug rehab and just always seemed to give up. The way society is now you can get pain killers for a hangnail from most doctors and I know many that have fallen prey to prescription drugs. They are just too easy to get and are for the most part completely legal.

As the Anna Nicole Smith saga drags on, new details are coming to light about the tragic death of the former Playboy Playmate. The Florida medical examiner that has been investigating the overdose death of Anna Nicole Smith has said he found 11 different prescription drugs in Smith's hotel room, all of which were prescribed to Anna Nicole by the same doctor within five weeks of her death.

The Associated Press reports that more than 600 pills, including roughly 450 music relaxants, were missing from the prescription medication bottles which were no more than five weeks old at the time of death. Documents obtained from the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office in Florida claim that Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, the psychiatrist and friend of Anna Nicole Smith's, prescribed all eleven medications found in hotel room of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, belonging to Anna Nicole Smith. E Online reports that most of the medications were authorized in the name of Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend, and none were authorized in Smith's name. read more...

Sleeping on the Job

Have you ever just wanted to crawl onto a couch at work and take a nap? I know I have many times. Maybe I slept only 5 or 6 hours that night, or just got tired from staring at my monitor too long. Whatever it is why don't you curl up and take a quick power nap? Your employer would probably chew your head off that's why. They may be completely wrong to do so too.

In that article it suggests that if you are dragging you may as well take a power nap because your productivity will increase from doing so. If you could take a quick 20-30 minute nap instead of staring blankly at your desk constantly you may improve your production immediately. I think i might actually just go take a nap right now. Why wait to get started I say? I love to sleep. This just gives me another excuse to do so.
