Paris may end up serving half her sentence

Paris Hilton supporters David Seaman, Natalie Reid and Chris Massimine show their support for the beleagured socialite May 10 in New York City. Hilton may end up only having to serve half of the 45 days she was sentenced to for violating her probation. Fricking losers.

Good old America and our overcrowded jails. Paris may not have to serve her entire sentence since the jails are so full of non-celebrities who got caught doing their various crimes.

“It’s possible that it could be 21 days, 23 days. It’s a complicated formula that the state sets down. It’s possible that she could do less time,” Los Angeles County sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said.

As if I really care if she spends time in jail unless she plans on making a Bad Girl movie with some other female inmates. Surprised she doesn't have any cheap pens of herself that undresses her when held upside down.
