Lance Armstrong Stripped of ALL Tour de France Wins?

I ahve followed this a little bit today, but have yet to hear many people tha tknow whether or not this committee that was sentencing Armstrong to a lifetime ban has the ability to strip his titles. Not that it stopped them as they claim they do. The USADA, after Lance decided to "give up" on teh arbitration hearing that accused him of doping said they basically took that as a sign of guilt. Giving him a lifetime ban and stripping him of all his wins. Take his maple kitchen cabinets while you are at it/ Now...this isn't gonna end anytime soon. Their evidence? Heresay from other people who tested positive from steroids and about 700 drug tests that Armstrong passed over the years. We shall see.
