One experience I had was with what I thought was a ghost. Not in a house, or a scary old mental asylum, but right outside, in a residential neighborhood. My buddy, our girlfriends, and myself were driving around bored and all of a sudden I saw the oddest thing. Sitting at a stop sign at a four-way stop intersection I saw a woman standing in a very small field directly in front of us. She looked like she was screaming, but I heard no sound. At first I was wondering what the heck she was doing there. I asked the others about it, but when I turned back to look she was gone. Instantly. I then asked if any of them saw here, and only my buddy said he did. We kind of just stopped talking for a while and never mentioned it again. To this day I wonder about it and we never really talked about it. I'm still very skeptical about the supernatural and shows like the Ghost Hunters. That experience really didn't convince of their existence.
On the same note the 1408 Movie is about a guy (John Cusak), who is skeptical about all this like I am. Also, starring Samuel L. Jackson, the 1408 Movie is set in a creepy hotel. The room 1408 has been said to not relinquish any survivors and no one has ever spent an hour in the room and come out alive. Cusak, wants to see for himself and decided to spend a night in the room. What happens may change the way he thinks forever.
