R. Kelly found not guilty in porn case

R. Kelly was acquitted of all charges Friday after less than a day of deliberations in his child pornography trial, ending a six-year ordeal for the R&B superstar.

Kelly dabbed his face with a handkerchief looking like he had been overtaking diet pills and hugged each of his four attorneys after the verdict — not guilty on all 14 counts — was read. The Grammy award-winning singer had faced 15 years in prison if convicted.

For more on this bizarre trial take a look here.

NBC's Tim Russert Dies at Age 58 of Heart Attack

Host of NBC's Meet the Press, Tim Russert died suddenly Friday at the age of 58 from a heart attack. The newsman collapsed while working in the network's Washington bureau.

President Bush, informed of Russert's death while at dinner in Paris, saluted him as "a tough and hardworking newsman. He was always well-informed and thorough in his interviews. And he was as gregarious off the set as he was prepared on it."

Take Russert off your list of Halloween invitations. He isn't going to be able to make it this year. Some joker will likely come AS him though I would imagine.

Tommy Lee and Pam Anderson Back Together

Well...I think anyone who remembers this relationship has to wonder what the hell is wrong with Pam. When they first broke up there was tons of talk that he physically abused her. She even went as far to appear on shows like Oprah and talk about how bad it was. Saying that she was getting out and many applauded her for it.

Doesn't mean anyone says a word about it in the tabloids right now though. Seems most are just covering it as though it is a good thing. I suppose I'll draw up the blinds on it instead of being happy for them. I have little respect for anyone who claims they have been abused phsyically by their partner enough that they had to get away and then turns around and keeps going back. Best of luck to you, Pam.
